Installation Guide for Heavy Duty Locking Drawer Slides

Suitable for drawers with a depth of 18-20 inches, 0.75 inches of space should be set aside on both sides of the drawer and cabinet wall for mounting drawer slides. Please ensure that the slide rails on both sides remain parallel during installation.

With a service life of 30 years, these drawer slides have been treated with electroplated blue zinc for super oxidation and corrosion resistance. Tested under full load, these drawer slides can withstand up to 150,000 opening and closing times. It is important to note that the load capacity decreases as the rail length increases.

Featuring a load capacity three times that of ordinary slide rails, these drawer slides are constructed with 2.0mm high-density Q235 cold-rolled steel plate and industrial-grade double-row solid steel balls. The load capacity can reach up to 250lbs. The drawer can be locked when fully closed and opened, preventing accidental opening during driving.

Measuring 2.09" (53mm) in width and 17.7" (450mm) in length, these slides have a fully extended length of 35.3" (897mm) with three folds full extension. This enables the drawer to be fully accessed for easy storage. The slides are detachable for easy installation and cleaning - simply press the lock handle and pull out the inner rail.
